Polling Official 1 checks your name on the electoral roll and verifies your Identity Proof before you proceed further into the polling station.
The Photo Voter Slip is issued only to help you locate your polling station and booth. It is not accepted as a valid Identity Proof.
Polling Official 2 records your entry in the Register 17A, takes your signature or thumb impression, and applies indelible ink on your left-hand index finger.
Polling Official 3 verifies your voter slip and allows you to proceed to the voting compartment by pressing the Ballot Button on the Control Unit (CU).
Press the blue button next to your candidate's name. The light indicator turns red once your vote is recorded.
