Our Mission

What is the SVEEP Portal?

The SVEEP Portal is an initiative by the District Collector's Office, Tiruvallur to systematically track, manage, and amplify voter awareness activities conducted by colleges and students. By digitising participation records, the platform ensures transparency, reach, and recognition for every effort.

This portal bridges the gap between grassroots awareness activities and official documentation — giving every pledge, rally, and campaign the visibility it deserves.

Key Objectives

  • Encourage first-time voters among college students to register and actively participate in elections.
  • Provide a structured digital platform for colleges to log and submit SVEEP activities with photographic proof.
  • Enable the SVEEP Team to verify, approve, and amplify activities across official social media channels.
  • Generate district-wide reports on participation, engagement, and outreach for administrative review.
  • Prevent duplicate participation through OTP-based verification and anti-fraud protocols.
  • Recognise and reward institutions with the highest participation through leaderboards and certificates.
